Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain items (such as customized products, limited-edition drops, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be noted on the product page.
Exchanges

If you need a different size, style, or product, we’re happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).

Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a small restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
