Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as customized products, limited-edition drops, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be noted on the product page.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, style, or product, we’re happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a small restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
